PJ- well type vacuum pulse nitriding furnace is a standard energy saving and environment friendly periodic operation nitriding furnace. It is mainly used for various heat treatment processes, such as nitriding, nitrocarburizing, pre-oxidation, post-oxidation, oxygen-nitriding and so on, for all kinds of steel mechanical parts, auto parts, die materials, stainless steel materials, nitriding, nitrocarburizing, pre-oxidation, post-oxidation, oxygen-nitriding and so on.。
特點 /characteristic:
1. 滲速快 /Fast seepage speed
滲氮工藝是在低真空狀態(tài)下進行爐內壓力周期式變化,氣氛保持新鮮、活性,氮勢也呈周期式變化,使一段氮化具有二、三段氮化的優(yōu)點,無需采用二、三段氮化,加快了氮化速度

3. 工件有盲孔、T型面或工件工作面在極窄的狹縫里,對于傳統(tǒng)的正壓氮化爐而言,這不利于新鮮氣氛的更換和擴散,這些部位的氮化效果不理想,真空脈沖變壓技術使爐氣自動擴散到罐內各處,無死角。盲孔、毛孔及模具狹縫處工作面也能得到所需滲層
